Lifetime Service & Solutions has 30+ years of experience in all aspects of responsible device lifecycle management and reverse logistics.

From our early days repairing stereo equipment, we’ve grown into a full-service partner for organizations that need secure, reliable, turnkey solutions for electronic devices. Whether it’s testing, repair, refurbishment, or recycling, we work with customers in many industries to design reverse-logistics programs that keep data secure and devices out of landfills. We focus on information security, minimizing waste, fast-tracking repairs, and ensuring organizations and their employees always have the devices they need for the important work they do.

Our two facilities can serve a majority of the US population with 2-day shipping, and employ certified repair technicians that comply with our internationally recognized standards for quality management and information security.

Mike has been with Lifetime Service since 1996, assuming his leadership role in 2012. He has overseen expansion into California, diversification of revenue streams, and recently the completion of ISO27001 certification.

Ron’s 20+ years of experience with the Lifetime team has included a variety of management responsibilities including strategic planning, budgeting, sales administration, and overseeing daily business activities.

Al has been in the global electronics supply chain world for over 40 years. He oversees all of Lifetime’s domestic and international vendors, and brings unprecedented experience and analytical talent to the team.
Joe Switnewski
Joe SwitnewskiVP Process Engineering
Joe joined Lifetime Service in 1991 as an audio technician. His experience managing a myriad of departments and spearheading our ISO9001 certification resulted in his appointment to his current position in 2020.

Jim began his journey with Lifetime Service in 1993 as an audio technician. As an early adopter of the digital world, he has managed our digital communications divisions since 2013 and oversees our OEM technical relationships.
