The following protocols are in place:
• Customers are required to make an appointment through our website. This allows our customer service team to create a work order before arrival to minimize your time in the facility.
• Appointment times are spaced out to allow only one customer at a time.
• Our customer service team will perform a disinfecting process after each customer.
Unfortunately, California has suffered a setback in metrics that prevents us from instituting these protocols at our Riverside location. Once the governor and the city move into phase 3 of reopening, we will make local dropoff and pickup available again.
Our commitment to the safety and health of our employees and our customers is still our number 1 priority. As each state moves into the next phase of re-opening, we will finish constructing safe environments for our local customers to drop-off and pick up their electronic repairs.
